By accessing complyhosted.com or engaging ComplyHosted Digital Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Services
We provide website development, search engine optimization, search advertising management, digital marketing strategy and business technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and content they have the right to use, and to comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
No guarantee of results
Search rankings and advertising performance depend on third parties such as search engines and ad platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them. We retain the right to reusable code libraries and may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyHosted Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
